This petite lady arrived in topple-tastic heels and simply didn’t stop smiling as she was escorted on a factory tour of Clays Ltd, her publishers in Bungay. The tour terminated at the print machine where her 50th novel, The Runaway Woman was making its debut appearance on the conveyer. Clays print worker, Collin Burrows was working the print run. His wife is a fan of Jo’s books – so you can imagine how pleased he was when Jo offered to autograph a book as a Christmas gift. I took a snap of the event too, which Colin placed in the book and gave to his wife on Christmas Day.
