Brown&Co formed in 1993 following a management buyout from Royal Life Estates. Since then the company has grown substantially to become a leading provider of agency, professional and consultancy services across the whole range of rural, commercial and residential property, agriculture and the environment.
In addition to their network of offices throughout East Anglia, the Midlands, Yorkshire and Humber, Brown&Co have a presence in Poland, Romania and the Caribbean.
A new website required new headshots for all employees. We spent time discussing the web providers remit with Brown&Co's marketing team to produce a plan to provide a cohesive headshot aesthetic across all offices for all staff members. Our mobile studio set up was designed with the latter in mind taking into consideration the available shooting space in all locations visited.
We travelled to seven locations and photographed over 280 staff members to produce a cohesive set of colour images; these were then converted to monochrome after a discussion with the marketing team with regard to which black and white profile best represented the company. The monochrome images were then converted to websize and 1:1 format along with a selection of templates for profile pages. We now visit the company on a rolling schedule to provide headshots for new starters.

It's important to consider what to wear, as clothing choices tell a story and portray a particular image or look; the business suit is no longer prerequisite, looking like you’ve made an effort to dress appropriately is. This is also when we'll book a date in the diary for your session/s.
Your session will take place, either on location or in the studio; all images will be professionally lit and the flow of the day will be managed by my assistant. Each client will get to choose an image they're happy with because we know this makes the marketing team's job much easier!
Your individually edited photographs will be sent via WeTransfer to meet your pre-discussed timescale.
We went out to tender to several photographers to update the headshots of all our (over 250) staff over 12 UK offices, Angie was the only photographer to take the time to call to discuss our brief and the requirements of the project.
We have worked with Angie on updating the team’s professional headshots for the launch of our website, Angie provided full resolution colour photographs and resized the images to suit the page layout of our website along with black and white conversions included in the same cost.
We now use Angie on a rolling basis to update staff headshots as required and when we have new colleagues join the Firm. I know that I can rely on Angie to engage with staff at all levels in our various offices to get the best from their shot, have high attention to detail and provide the finished images quickly.
